Prerequisites

To better understand what this article describes, we advise you to read the ACSIA CRA User Manual before diving into this one which will cover specific topics around assets management.

Introducing the timeshift feature in ACSIA CRA

The Timeshift feature allows you to "journey through time".

In particular, this feature allows you to compare how an asset's score has changed over time.

By default, you can compare the current score with the one calculated with the previous recheck (the frequency of the rechecks depends on your subscription. Read how many you have available here).

Comparing assets' scores using timeshift

To compare the scores of the assets, go to Timeshift > Timeshift date and select a couple of dates:

The resulting plot has the scores ordered from worst to best, so that the plot results somehow to be visually like a funnel:

Here's what we can derive from such a plot:

  • The assets in the rectangle labeled as n°1 maintained the same score over time.
  • The asset labeled as n°2 had a severe decrease in the score.
  • The asset labeled as n°3 had a bad score but then it was removed.
  • The assets in the rectangle labeled as n°4 had a decrease in the score over time.
  • The asset labeled as n°5 didn't exist until a certain time. When it was added, it received a good score ad the first check.

The comparison between the scores can be refined in the "Assets comparison" section. In particular, you can apply filters and see further details.

Assets can be filtered for name, score per each selected date, or type:

To visualize the details of an asset, click on the arrow.

If an asset has been deleted, you won't find any data related to it and receive a bad score as a default (ut this won't impact on the global score of your Company):

If the asset is still present, you can visualize further details:
